Colonialen café and brasserie are located in Litteraturhuset in Østre Skostredet, and offer an informal restaurant experience with their charming, rustic atmosphere.

PABLO ZOTELO

Originally from Argentina, half Italian. Pablo has worked as cook and chef in top restaurants in Norway, Argentina and Spain. With his in-depth knowledge from several food cultures, Pablo balances the rustic brasserie style with a playful, artistic approach.

MARIUS HYLSENG

Marius is a certified waiter and sommelier, and has been working for Colonialen since the beginning – over 10 years. He is responsible for the largest branch of Colonialen.
